UK-based Nigerian man lands in trouble for s£xually abus!ng girlfriend’s underage daughter

A Nigerian man living in the United Kingdom, Elvis Nosakhare, has been sentenced to six years in prison for s£xually abusing the underage daughter of his girlfriend.
According to Thames Valley Police, Nosakhare, 41, met the girl’s mother through an online dating platform before committing the abuse, which authorities described as a “disgusting betrayal of trust.”
The offences occurred in the Thames Valley area. Following investigations by the force’s Child Abuse Investigation Unit, Nosakhare was charged and later found guilty at Aylesbury Crown Court. He was convicted of two counts of penetrative sexual activity with a child and three counts of non-penetrative sexual activity.
In addition to his prison term, Nosakhare was placed on the Sex Offenders Register for life and issued a restraining order.
Detective Constable Bryn Smith, who led the investigation, praised the victim’s strength during the legal process.
“I want to commend the victim for her bravery throughout both the investigation and court proceedings. I hope this conviction provides her with some sense of justice,” Smith said.
Nosakhare, who resides on Sheelin Grove in Bletchley, was sentenced on July 29.
His conviction follows that of Adewale Kudabo, another Nigerian who was sentenced to 12 months in prison in the UK last month for sexually assaulting a patient while employed as a healthcare assistant at York Hospital.
