Super Eagles star Fisayo Dele-Bashiru weds Moroccan partner in Manchester
Nigeria’s Super Eagles midfielder, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, has married his Moroccan partner, Nada Bensouna, in a private Nikkah ceremony in Manchester, United Kingdom.
The event, attended by close family and friends, saw the bride in a dazzling Moroccan caftan, while the groom wore traditional Nigerian attire.
The couple made their relationship public in December 2024 during Lazio’s Christmas party. Dele-Bashiru, 24, enjoyed a strong 2024/25 season with Lazio, netting three goals in 20 Serie A appearances, and is expected to feature prominently under manager Maurizio Sarri in the coming season.
