Presidency speaks on reports of Tinubu’s critical condition

The Presidency has rubbished a viral report that President Bola Tinubu is in critical condition and preparing to travel abroad for urgent medical treatment.
The viral report, quoting unnamed Aso Rock sources, alleged the president had been bedridden for several days, missing key state engagements, including the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, which it said was cancelled since the start of the week.
Reacting on Sunday night, presidential aide Bayo Onanuga told Daily Trust that the report was unfounded.
“There is nothing wrong with the president; he is okay.
“He can choose to work from home or from anywhere,” Onanuga stated. “I tell you, nothing is wrong with the president.”
