Pastor Lazarus Muoka, General Overseer of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement, has suspended his son, Benhail Muoka, following his wedding to Precious Duru on July 26.

Speaking during a televised sermon on Chosen Son TV, Pastor Muoka revealed that his son was placed on suspension for failing to adhere to the church’s teachings during the wedding ceremony.

“Even though he’s my son, I had to discipline him,” Muoka said. “He got married yesterday, and I suspended him that same night for not doing what I instructed in line with our doctrine.”

The cleric used the moment to stress the importance of discipline and accountability in Christian homes, urging parents to maintain control over their children regardless of their age or social standing.

“Don’t say your children are too big or educated for you to correct. That’s how they get lost spiritually,” he warned.

Pastor Muoka did not go into detail about the specific actions that led to the suspension.
