The Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA) has launched an online complaint platform to enable residents to report misconduct and provide feedback on the activities of its officers.

The announcement was made in a statement signed by the state’s Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Prince Dotun Oyelade, on Monday, August 4, 2025.

The platform, available at https://complaint.oyrtma.com, allows users to submit reports anonymously or with their identity, while ensuring confidentiality and ease of use.

Speaking in Ibadan, the Executive Chairman of OYRTMA, Major Adekoya Adesagba (rtd), said the initiative reflects the agency’s commitment to accountability, transparency, and improved service delivery.

Residents and motorists are encouraged to take advantage of the platform to support the development of a more professional and responsive traffic management system in Oyo State.
