The Osun State Government has launched the Osun State Investment Portal – invest.osunstate.gov.ng.

The initiative is part of Governor Ademola Adeleke’s plan to make it easier to do business in the state and attract both local and international investors.

The portal was developed under the Office of the Special Adviser on Innovation, Science, Technology, and Digital Economy.

It serves as a one-stop digital platform where investors can find information on opportunities in Osun, sector profiles, government incentives, and step-by-step guidance for setting up businesses.

This effort goes hand in hand with other government reforms such as the Certificate of Occupancy in 45 Days (CofoIn45Days) programme and the Harmonized Bill, both created to reduce bureaucracy, increase transparency, and make Osun more investor-friendly.

Governor Adeleke said the portal will make business processes faster and more reliable:

“The Investment Portal provides every investor with a single entry point, clear guidance, and direct government support. With our reforms, we are cutting red tape, lowering costs, and making approvals transparent. Osun is now a state where processes are predictable, rights are protected, and growth is shared.”

The portal is powered by the Osun State Investment Promotion Agency (OSIPA) and provides: Guides on key sectors like agriculture, mining, tourism, manufacturing, ICT, and trade, support services such as land acquisition, tax incentives, permits, and licensing.

It is an easy-to-use interface for connecting with opportunities and resources.

With the platform, Osun is highlighting its strategic location, strong infrastructure, natural resources, skilled workforce, and business-friendly policies — all aimed at making the state a center for trade and innovation in Nigeria and West Africa.
