Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has been nominated for the 2025 Women’s Yachine Trophy, an award presented to the best female goalkeeper in world football.

The nomination was announced by the organizers of the Ballon d’Or awards, with the winner to be revealed on September 22.

Nnadozie, who recently joined English side Brighton & Hove Albion, was instrumental in Nigeria’s historic 10th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title last month. She was named Best Goalkeeper of the tournament after keeping four clean sheets.
