The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has refuted claims of releasing a list of successful candidates for the 2025 Armed Forces Selection Board (AFSB), warning the public against falling victim to fraud.
In a statement on Monday, NDA’s Public Relations Officer, Major Mohammed Maidawa, described the list currently circulating online as fake and not from the institution.
“The attention of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has been drawn to a fake list of successful and reserve candidates at the Armed Forces Selection Board (AFSB) 2025. The general public is hereby advised to disregard this list as it did not emanate from the NDA,” the statement read.
Major Maidawa emphasized that the genuine list of admitted candidates will be officially published in reputable national newspapers and on the NDA’s official website: nda.edu.ng.
The NDA also advised the public to remain vigilant and avoid dealings with fraudsters peddling false information.
