Napoli turns down Galatasaray’s latest offer for Victor Osimhen

Napoli has rejected a fresh bid from Galatasaray for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, as both clubs remain locked in a disagreement over the structure of the deal.
Osimhen, who spent the previous season on loan at Galatasaray, is reportedly eager to make his stay in Istanbul permanent. However, efforts to finalize the transfer have been hampered by Napoli’s revised demands.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano revealed on Monday that the Italian club is now insisting on an upfront payment of €40 million, an additional €35 million by 2026, and a sell-on clause.
“Galatasaray reject Napoli’s new conditions for Victor Osimhen deal,” Romano posted on X. “Talks will continue… if conditions change again. Napoli asked for €40m now plus €35m to be paid by 2026 plus sell-on clause. Galatasaray want to pay €35m by 2027 and refuse to include sell-on clause.”
With both parties unwilling to compromise at this stage, discussions are expected to continue in the coming days.
