The General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Prof. Daniel Olukoya, has ordained 5,000 ministers during the church’s 2025 Global Ministers Conference.

Olukoya announced the ordination in a post on his verified Facebook page on Sunday.

The three-day conference, themed “The Message, the Messenger, and the Power,” featured teachings, special sessions, and the commissioning of new ministers.

Addressing participants, Olukoya stressed the importance of spiritual mentorship, divine recommendation, and humility in ministry.

He cautioned the newly ordained ministers against rebellion, self-promotion, and carelessness in their calling.

“Ministers of God should not be rebellious but serve with holiness, integrity, loyalty, and humility. The first rule in the school of the anointed is that they must be recommended by God, not by self-appointment,” he said.

He further charged them to serve as true shepherds, not exploiters. “You must be a sheep shepherd, not a sheep scavenger. Shepherds who are terrorists are not successful at work. This is God’s work, not man’s,” he added.

Olukoya reminded the ministers that only God’s power guarantees success in ministry. “No man has power. Only God has power. If it is not God’s idea, all your efforts will be nothing. But if God is with you, He will give you joy,” he said.
