Actress and filmmaker Kelley Mack, best known for her role as Addy on Season 9 of The Walking Dead, has died at the age of 33 following a battle with glioma, a rare cancer of the central nervous system.

Her family confirmed her passing in a statement posted on her official Instagram account, revealing that she died on Saturday in her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mack played Addy, a resident of the Hilltop Colony, in AMC’s hit series during its 2018–2019 run. Her career also included roles in 9-1-1 (Fox, 2019) and Chicago Med (NBC, 2022), as well as appearances in national commercial campaigns for brands like Dr Pepper, Budweiser, Dairy Queen, Chick-fil-A, Ross Stores, Rakuten, and pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly. Notably, she starred in a Rakuten ad alongside her mother.

In addition to live-action roles, Mack worked as a voice actor, serving as a voice match for Hailee Steinfeld’s Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018). She reprised the role in a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq commercial.

Her filmography includes Broadcast Signal Intrusion (2021), Delicate Arch (2024), and the upcoming Universal (2025), where she also served as executive producer.

Born Kelley Lynne Klebenow on July 10, 1992, in Cincinnati, Mack was the eldest of three siblings. She spent her childhood in various cities across the U.S., including locations in Ohio, Missouri, Connecticut, North Carolina, and Illinois.

Her passion for storytelling started early after she received a mini video camera as a child. She began acting in commercials and received critical acclaim for her performance in the short film The Elephant Garden (2008),
