JUST IN: Gov Ademola Adeleke returns to Nigeria after short vacation

Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has returned to Nigeria after a brief vacation abroad.

During his time away, the governor attended the white wedding of his nephew and Nigerian music star, Davido, in Miami, United States.

His absence had sparked criticism in some quarters, with opposition figures accusing him of abandoning his official duties for several weeks.

Adeleke, however, arrived back in the country to a warm reception from associates, government officials, and enthusiastic supporters who welcomed him as “a man of the people.”

With his return, government activities in Osun State are expected to pick up pace, particularly in areas of infrastructure development, workers’ welfare, and social projects that have been central to his administration.

Supporters of the governor expressed delight at his homecoming, reaffirming their confidence in his leadership and commitment to the growth and progress of the state.
