Hilda Baci receives third GWR plaque
Popular Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci, has received her third certificate plaque from Guinness World Records, officially cementing her status as a three-time world record holder.
The culinary star shared the exciting milestone in a video posted on Instagram today, expressing deep gratitude and reflection over her journey.
“Third time. Not because I planned it. Not because I felt ready. But because God allowed it,” she wrote.
According to Hilda, unboxing the new record pack brought back memories of the intense emotions that accompanied her previous achievements, the nerves, faith, sacrifices, and unwavering belief that she was part of something bigger than herself.
“I don’t take this lightly. I don’t get used to it. I’m just deeply grateful. Thank you to everyone who has stood by me from the very first ‘let’s try’ to this third ‘officially amazing,’” she added.
In January, Guinness World Records confirmed Hilda as a third-time record holder following her partnership with Gino Nigeria. The collaboration led to her record-breaking achievement for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice in 2025, a feat that also earned recognition for the largest serving of rice overall.
Her latest milestone follows her historic 2023 accomplishment, when she broke the world record for the longest cooking marathon, a feat that brought her global recognition and widespread national pride.
With three official titles now under her belt, Hilda Baci continues to elevate Nigerian cuisine on the global stage, inspiring millions with her resilience, faith, and passion for cooking.
