Gbenga Daniel speaks on dumping APC for another party
Gbenga Daniel
Former Ogun State Governor, Senator Gbenga Daniel, has dismissed reports suggesting he is planning to return to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Recall that Daniel, alongside Mr. Kunle Folarin, were recently suspended by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State over alleged anti-party activities.
In a statement issued by the OGD Media Office, the lawmaker representing Ogun East Senatorial District described the speculation as baseless, insisting that he remains a committed member of the APC.
The statement clarified: “For the avoidance of doubt, Senator Gbenga Daniel is and remains a member of the All Progressives Congress, APC. He is a Senator and continues to represent Ogun East on the platform of the APC.”
