BREAKING: Ex-minister Audu Ogbeh passes away

Former Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Chief Audu Ogbeh, has died at the age of 78.
Ogbeh passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025.
His family, in a statement, described him as “a beloved husband, father, and grandfather” who departed peacefully, leaving behind “a legacy of integrity, service, and dedication to the nation and community.”
“We are comforted by the many lives he touched and the example he set,” the statement read.
Funeral arrangements will be announced in due course. The family thanked friends, colleagues, and well-wishers for their support and requested privacy as they mourn their patriarch.
