The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has released his prophecies for the year 2026, predicting economic relief, increased opportunities, and a reversal of mass emigration from Nigeria.

Pastor Adeboye revealed the prophecies during the church’s annual crossover service held on Thursday along the Ibadan Expressway.

According to the cleric, 2026 will be more remarkable than the previous year, with greater opportunities, breakthroughs, victories, and fewer failures.

He said the spiritual “wind” that began blowing in 2024 would continue with greater intensity in 2026, adding that many testimonies would begin with the phrase, “God remembered me at last.”

Speaking specifically on Nigeria, Pastor Adeboye predicted a reduction in hunger across the country and said small and medium-scale enterprises would begin to thrive.

He also introduced the concept of a “reversed JAPA,” noting that many Nigerians who had relocated abroad would return home.

The RCCG leader disclosed that this was only the first part of his prophecies for Nigeria, adding that the second part would be released on Friday, January 2, if God permits.

On the international scene, Pastor Adeboye said the likelihood of a major global war in 2026 would be lower than in the previous year.

He added that weather patterns would largely mirror those of 2025, although there could be a few major hurricanes.
