2026: How APC will reclaim Osun – Oyetola
The Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, has reaffirmed the determination of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to return to power in Osun State in 2026.
Oyetola, a former governor of the state, made the declaration on Monday during a special prayer session held in Iragbiji to mark his 71st birthday.
“We are committed and fully prepared to return our great party, the APC, to government in Osun come 2026,” Oyetola said.
He commended APC members in the state for their loyalty and unity, describing the party’s cohesion as a major strength ahead of the next election cycle.
“Your unwavering commitment to the unity, oneness and progress of the party keeps us going and strengthens our collective resolve,” he added.
The minister urged party leaders and members to remain steadfast and focused, stressing that the APC’s past achievements demonstrated its resilience and ability to deliver on promises.
Oyetola also expressed gratitude to supporters and organisers of the prayer session, describing their gesture as deeply appreciated.
He reiterated his confidence that, through unity and consistency, the APC would reclaim Osun State in the 2026 governorship election.
